You must be over 16 to register for a personal account, subscribe to afrohairandcosmeticsuk emails and/or place an order with afrohairandcosmeticsuk.com

 1. In these Conditions of Sale (the “Conditions”):
Customer” means the person, firm or company buying Products from the Seller.
Order” means the Customer's offer to purchase Products by sending instructions to Seller to supply them.
Products” mean the consumer goods that Seller is to supply in accordance with these Conditions.
Seller” means Afrohairandcosmeticsuk,a company registered in England, registered number 271555 and registered address 255 holloway road,London W1C3GF

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") are the Terms which apply when you access the website https://www.afrohairandcosmeticsuk.com, or any other variations of the domain, e.g. row.afrohairandcosmeticsuk.com, (the "Website") or place orders to purchase any of the products made available to you on the Website.

 To order products using the Website, we ask you to register for a personal account. Any personal data that you provide us with during the registration process will be stored in our database and may not need to be re-entered with each new order.

You will need to supply us via the online registration form with certain information including: your email address, first name, surname, password, billing address and, where applicable, different delivery address. Once you click on the "Continue" button this information will be stored in our customer database. You can access, update or correct your personal account details via the "MyAfrohairandcosmeticsuk" section of the Website. We will only use the stored data in accordance with our Privacy Policy which can be accessed on our website.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and email address and are responsible for all activities that are carried out under them. We do not have the means to check the identities of people using the Website and will not be responsible for losses suffered by you where your password or email address is used by someone else unless this is due to our negligence. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware or suspect any unauthorised use of your password or email address.

All Orders are accepted subject to availability of Products. Products come in standard pack size and standard grouping boxes; Seller reserves the right to round up an Order to match standard grouping boxes. Seller reserves the right to reject an Order for reasons including but not limited to being unusually high value compared to usual Order patterns. Despatch of the Products ordered from Seller’s distribution centre shall be deemed its acceptance of the Order and Customer’s placing of an Order shall be deemed evidence of its acceptance of these Conditions. Orders may not be cancelled by Customer after acceptance without the written agreement of Seller

 The ordering process and order confirmation

Your order via our online purchase order form constitutes an offer to us to buy the products you select from the Website. All orders are subject to availability and to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order. All communications will be addressed to the email address you supply when you register.

By placing an order for the delivery of goods via this Website:

·         For orders fulfilled by Afrohairandcosmeticsuk, for delivery destinations within the EU (excluding the UK, France, Denmark, Finland and Germany) you are making an offer to Afrohairandcosmeticsuk Delivery Company Limited (with Afrohairandcosmeticsuk acting as agent) to deliver the goods described in your order upon the Terms described in your order. If you do not wish to contract with Afrohairandcosmeticsuk Delivery Company Limited, you can alternatively collect your goods from our warehouse in the UK by contacting us.  By clicking on "Pay by card" (or equivalent button for other payment methods) at Checkout, you submit an offer to buy the goods in the Shopping Bag.

Once you have placed an order for goods (and delivery if applicable) you will receive a confirmation that your order has been received (see below).

You will automatically be sent an email confirming receipt of your order (the "Confirmation Email") with a summary of the details of your order, which we recommend you print out and keep for your own records. The Confirmation Email does not constitute our acceptance of your order; it merely records the fact that Afrohairandcosmeticsuk has received your order. Please check that all details in the Confirmation Email are correct. If not, or if you do not receive a Confirmation Email please contact our Customer Care Team. Afrohairandcosmeticsuk will send a second email when we despatch your goods which shall constitute our acceptance of your order (the "Acceptance Email") at which point a binding contract of sale for products will be concluded between you and us or between you and the Concession Brand as applicable.

Where applicable this email will also constitute our acceptance on behalf of Afrohairandcosmeticsuk Delivery Company Limited for the provision of delivery services.

We will retain a record of all orders accepted by us. You can find details about your recent orders by logging into your Account via the “MyAfrohairandcosmeticsuk” link at the top left hand side of the Website


Prices are calculated on individual Orders. Prices will be those in effect at the date of the Order. Items marked “to follow” receive price calculations applicable to the original Order.Although generally the prices do tend to be the same in-store and online, there may be some occasions when online prices do not reflect in-store prices due to exclusive online promotions, offers or reductions. Therefore, we do recommend you check the website for the latest prices to make sure you get the best deal.


All prices include VAT (where applicable). If your order is being delivered outside of the EEC, please note that VAT has not been charged.



Prices do sometimes change. We will always do our best to offer you the best value available. Once you have placed your order and you have received a despatch email, the price is guaranteed and will not change.



Many (but not all) of our featured items are also available in some (or all) of our stores in limited quantities for a limited duration.

We recommend that you telephone the relevant store to check availability of the product before making a special visit.

Please note that when purchasing a product that includes a gift with purchase, the gift is subject to availability, while stocks last only.



We endeavour to present the most recent, most accurate and most reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured may contain incomplete data, typographical errors or inaccuracies. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologise for any errors relating to product price or availability.

If a pricing error has been made, we reserve the right to suspend your order and to contact you to ask whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice. We present our content 'as is' and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied.



Much of our stock is seasonal and therefore, once an item has sold out it is unlikely to come back into stock. Just because it has sold out online does not mean it has sold out in-store, so you may find the item at your local House of Fraser, though please call ahead to avoid disappointment. Find your nearest store

We do re-order some of our customer's favourite lines – from luxury cotton bed linen to merino sweaters. Please keep an eye out to see when they come back into stock.



For some of our beauty products, customers are restricted to a maximum number of any single item they may order. If you select more than the maximum number allowed, we will have to cancel part of your order.

For example, Dior will only allow a maximum purchase of 5 units of the same product, whilst Chanel will only allow a maximum purchase of 3. If you select more than the allowed number of units, we will have to cancel that part of your order, which exceeds the maximum allowed.

In the event that this happens, one of our customer service team will contact you and you will receive a full refund for the items we are unable to send you. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you.


Seller’s terms of payment are 30 days from date of invoice. Unless otherwise authorised in writing, payment for the Products is to be made by Direct Debit. Details of Direct Debit facilities are available from the Customer Care and Credit Department. No settlement discount is given.

In the case of a preparation delay longer than 4 days, the amount due will be automatically captured for credit cards payments. The Paypal payments method are captured immediately when the order is confirmed.

If the product is unavailable or the order canceled for any other reason. In case of a cancellation of your order, our Customer Care will refund in the original payment method within an average of 2 days and less than 14 days according to the European law applicable. The customer will be notified at the email address used when placing the order.

If your credit/debit card is rejected by our online payment processing systems, please double-check that all of the details you entered were correct. If you are sure you are using a valid card, please try again with the same credit/debit card or place the order again using a different credit/debit card. If the problem persists, please contact your credit/debit card provider.

Your name and billing address details must match the card-holder address details held by your card issuer.

If, for any reason, there is a problem with collecting payment from your credit/debit card after we have confirmed receipt of your order, we will not be obliged to despatch your order.

Additionally, on some occasions, we may be unable to process an order. The reasons for this may be due to:

  • The item being out of stock or no longer available; or
  • Your payment being declined; or
  • An unspecified technical error.

Fraudulent payment credentials will be reported to the relevant authorities. If the issuer of your payment credentials refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and neither we nor any Concession Brand or Afrohairandcosmeticsuk Delivery Company Limited will be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.

All advertising display and promotional support material which is supplied without charge (including sample and gift with purchase until purchased by bona fide consumers) either by a sales representative or Seller or delivered with an Order or separately shall remain the property of the Seller and shall be returned if and when requested.


We encrypt your payment card details using industry standard SSL technology to ensure they are kept completely safe and secure.

As part of our policy to protect against the fraudulent use of credit/debit cards, we conduct security checks on all orders received. These checks can take various forms and may involve contacting you by telephone before we process your order. We also work with various credit rating and fraud prevention companies and we may share details of your order with them for the sole purpose of detecting and preventing fraudulent use of cards. 


Any delivery dates quoted are an estimate only. Seller shall endeavour to comply with any requested or agreed delivery date, but shall not be liable for failure to comply with quoted delivery dates. Customer’s representative shall acknowledge receipt of the Products by signing the carrier’s proof of delivery note.

We accept orders for delivery to the majority of countries. To view our delivery and shipping restrictions please click here. Unless otherwise stated, delivery will be made from our warehouse to the address provided by you. For orders fulfilled by Afrohairandcosmeticsuk we will endeavour to despatch the product to you within one working day of you placing your order and in any event within 4 working days beginning on the day after you place your order.

If we are unable to despatch the product within that time we will email to let you know and to give you an estimated delivery date. In these circumstances we will offer you the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

You are only responsible for the product when it is delivered to you.

If for any reason you do not receive your delivery, you must advise us within a maximum of 30 days.

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you are unhappy with the product in any way (for example if there is obvious damage to the item from transport or packaging damaged during transport) please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible


Claims for shortage, pilferage or damage must be made in writing to the Customer Care and Credit Department at the email, fax or postal address below within 5 business days of delivery of Products and evidence of damaged Products and packaging must be retained by Customer for inspection. In cases of non-receipt of Products, claims must be made in writing to the Customer Care and Credit Department at the email, fax or postal address below within 15 days of invoice date. Failure to abide by the foregoing will result in carriers repudiating liability. Accordingly, failure to notify Seller in accordance with these timelines shall result in Customer’s deemed acceptance of the Products delivered, no liability will be accepted by Seller in respect of late claims and Customer shall be bound to pay the price as if the Products were delivered in accordance with the Order. Please quote the order/invoice number to assist with your enquiry.

Return in store

You can also return your online purchase in any UK House of Fraser store for an exchange or a refund onto a gift card. Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt of your order.

Exchange in store

If you wish to exchange your items you will need to visit a UK House of Fraser store within 28 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges are not possible if items are returned to our Online Returns Centre.

Right to cancel

UK and EU customers have the right to cancel orders under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (the “Consumer Contract Regulations 2013”).

Third Party Links

Whether you order a Afrohairandcosmeticsuk or its affiliate, Afrohairandcosmeticsuk will remain the point of contact for any enquiries. We will look after all enquiries on your behalf. Your statutory rights are not affected by contacting our Customer Care TeamWe.reserves the right to alter or amend these Conditions save in respect of Orders already accepted through affiliates.

Promotion Codes

From time to time we issue Promotion Codes. We have a Promotion Code box situated at the "Order Summary" page where codes can be entered. You must take care when entering codes as they are case and space sensitive. Resale of a product

You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or any samples that you may receive from us.

Return of non-faulty goods

We hope you will be happy with your purchase from us. If not, you have the right to return the product to us and receive a full refund, providing:

·         you notify us in writing that you are cancelling your purchase within 28 days, beginning the day after the day on which you receive the product;

·         you have taken reasonable care of the product prior to return - in particular this means they must not have been damaged;

·         you may give us notice of cancellation by any written means (including email or letter), but it will speed up the process for you and us if you contact us using our returns systemPlease return the Product in suitable packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition.


The refund of delivery charges is made by us on behalf of Afrohairandcosmeticsuk Delivery Company Limited where applicable. If the product has been purchased from a third party links, we will process the refund on their behalf.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms including for legal, regulatory or security reasons at any time. Whilst we will flag changes on the Website and/or send emails in relation to major changes, it is your responsibility to check the Terms for changes. If you do not agree to any of the Terms then you can simply stop using the Website at any time. If you have any questions, concerns, or comments about our Terms please call us.  



 Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the AFROHAIRANDCOSMETICSUK Web pages (including but not limited to the purchase of AFROHAIRANDCOSMETICSUK products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. AFROHAIRANDCOSMETICSUK's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. AFROHAIRANDCOSMETICSUK may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you. AFROHAIRANDCOSMETICSUK makes no representation that materials in the AFROHAIRANDCOSMETICSUK Web pages are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where their content is illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this Site from locations outside the United Kingdom do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. You may not use or export the materials in violation of the United Kingdom export laws and regulations. Any claim relating to the materials shall be governed by the internal substantive laws of the United Kingdom.

 Our Legal obligations and our Limitation on Liability

For orders fulfilled by Afrohairandcosmeticsuk, we accept liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our employees and agents. We do not seek to exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us or our employees or agents.

You have certain rights under the law. These include that any products supplied by us will be of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose. Nothing in these Terms is intended to affect these statutory rights. For more information about your statutory rights contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.

If we breach these Terms we shall only be liable for losses which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of such a breach, up to a maximum of the purchase price of your order. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time of entering into this agreement.

Information provided about the products is intended to be used for educational or informational purposes only. The statements and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition or disease. Please consult with your own doctor or health care practitioner regarding the suggestions and recommendations made on the Website.

With current technology it is not possible to develop and operate computer programs (software) and data processing systems (hardware) entirely without error, or to rule out any unpredictable events in connection with the internet. We provide no guarantee for the constant and uninterrupted availability of the Website.

Neither we nor Concession Brands are responsible for:

·         Losses not caused by our breach;

·         Indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not reasonably foreseeable by you and us at the time of entering into this agreement, for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity;
